The Michael Method ™
A private process, built around the man — not the garment.

STEP 1
the consultation
The first appointment is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We meet at my Crosby atelier, your home, or your place of work, wherever suits you. I want to understand the life you're dressing for: the rooms you lead, the occasions that matter, and the impression you need to make.
From there, I guide you through the finest English and Italian cloths: Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Dugdale, Loro Piana, and Zegna, and we build every decision around you.

STEP 2
Precision That Cannot Be Rushed
Your measurements become a pattern drafted entirely from scratch, built to your frame, your posture, and the way you actually stand. Every suit is hand-cut in our Liverpool workrooms: canvas hand-padded to your chest, lapels hand-shaped, and buttonholes worked by hand in silk twist. Nothing is outsourced. Every seam is placed with intention. This is what separates a bespoke suit from anything you can buy off a rail and why it fits in a way nothing else ever will.

STEP 3
The Fitting. Then It's Yours.
Once your suit is ready, you return for a final fitting at the Crosby studio, your home, or your office. I refine every detail: sleeve length, shoulder line, waist suppression, and trouser break. Not until it looks right, until it feels like yours.
The result is a bespoke suit worn by business leaders, grooms, and professionals across Liverpool, Cheshire, and the wider North West. Cut to your posture. Ready for every room.

Crosby, Liverpool
The studio is in Crosby, a proper part of Liverpool, not a city centre showroom. Clients come from across Merseyside, the Wirral, South Lancashire, and Cheshire. Some travel further. What they find when they arrive is a working studio: no theatre, no pressure, no clock to watch.
I built this in Crosby because I wanted a place where the work speaks for itself. That's still the only thing I'm interested in.
Every suit, whether it ends up in Liverpool, Manchester, or Riyadh, begins here, on this street, with the same process and the same standard.

For the groom in Liverpool
The suit you wear on this day will be remembered forever
Getting married in the North West means something. The venues are world class. The photographs last a lifetime. The people watching have known you for years. This is not the occasion for a hire suit.
I build bespoke wedding suits, tuxedos, and morning coats for grooms who know this garment cannot be left to chance. Cloth from Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Dugdale, Loro Piana, and Zegna, canvas hand-padded, lapels hand-shaped, every detail considered from the first consultation to the final fitting at our Crosby studio.
For grooms bringing the full wedding party, I cut every man individually: groomsmen, fathers, brothers, each to his own frame. No two suits identical. Every piece built by the same hands, in the same room, to the same standard. The result is a group that looks considered, not coordinated.
If you're planning a wedding in Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, the Wirral, or anywhere across the North West, start ten to twelve weeks out. For summer weddings or destination weddings abroad, earlier is always better.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, this is one of our strengths.
We create bespoke suits for athletic builds, using a custom pattern that fits broad shoulders, a wider chest, and stronger legs—while keeping the waist clean and fitted.
This avoids the tight pulling you often get with off-the-peg suits. The result is a sharp, balanced look that feels comfortable whether you're at an event or on the move.
Absolutely. Race day style is a big part of Liverpool culture, and we design suits specifically for it.
We create race day outfits using bold British checks, textured tweeds, and heavier flannel fabrics. These not only stand out but also hold their shape well in wind and cooler weather.
You’ll look sharp all day, whatever the conditions.
Yes. For weddings, galas, and standout occasions, we offer luxury statement fabrics from mills like Scabal and Holland & Sherry.
These include unique cloths with subtle shine, rich textures, and limited-edition finishes.
If you want something bold but still tasteful, we’ll guide you to the right option so you stand out for the right reasons.

We hand-cut and build each suit in our local workshop. You can visit for fittings, see the process, and work directly with the tailor.
It keeps the experience personal and ensures a better final fit.
Yes, we choose fabrics that work well in the UK climate.
We use high-twist wool fabrics that are breathable, durable, and naturally resist moisture. Many of these are finished using traditional British methods, which help the cloth hold its shape even in damp or rainy conditions.
Your suit stays structured and sharp, even with regular wear.
Of course.
We offer custom linings where you can choose colours that reflect your style—whether that’s classic tones, bold colours, or even something linked to your club or brand.
We can also create fully custom printed linings with logos or patterns. It’s a subtle way to make your suit truly yours.
Our Liverpool cut is more modern and fitted compared to traditional styles.
We use a slightly shorter jacket, higher armholes for better movement, and a slimmer trouser shape.
It creates a sharper, cleaner look that fits well with the city’s style—smart, confident, and a bit more fashion-forward than classic London tailoring.
Yes, we offer a priority bespoke service when timing is tight.
While a full bespoke suit usually takes several weeks, we can speed up the process when needed—ideal for weddings, media appearances, or last-minute events.
You still get a high-quality, well-fitted suit, just on a shorter timeline.

MEET THE CEO
Michael Frackowiak
Michael Frackowiak isn’t just a tailor, he’s someone who genuinely cares about helping you look and feel your best. His studios in Liverpool and Riyadh are built around one idea: combining proper craftsmanship with a modern, effortless style that actually fits your life.
When you sit down with Michael, it’s not just about measurements or fabrics. It’s about understanding who you are, where you’re heading, and how your wardrobe can support that. He listens, he guides, and he creates a plan that feels personal, not generic.
From choosing the right cloth to your final fitting, he pays attention to details most people never even notice. Because those details change how you look, how you feel, and how others respond to you.
Working with him feels less like buying a suit and more like investing in the version of yourself you’re becoming.
Where we meet
The consultation comes to you
This isn't a showroom. It's a working studio off Liverpool Road in Crosby, where Francis and Alicia cut, fit, and finish every garment that carries my name. No pressure, no clock. Come in for a conversation, handle the cloth, ask the questions most men never get the chance to ask.
I handle every first enquiry personally and join fittings whenever I'm in Liverpool. When I'm in Riyadh or London, Francis and Alicia hold the work to the same standard, in the same room it was cut in. We'd be glad to see you.
