  • Customer satisfaction
  • Professional garment presentation

2. PERSONAL DELIVERY SERVICE

2.1 Our standard delivery service includes:

  • Scheduled fitting appointment
  • Final inspection by our master tailor
  • Professional pressing immediately prior to delivery
  • Final fit verification
  • Care instructions consultation
  • Immediate alterations if required

3. EXCEPTIONAL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS

3.1 In exceptional circumstances and solely upon explicit written request from the customer, we may consider shipping bespoke garments. This service is subject to:

  • Written acknowledgment of risks by the customer
  • Completion of our Shipping Waiver Form
  • Additional packaging fees
  • Insurance costs
  • Shipping carrier charges

3.2 Please note that shipping of bespoke garments is strongly discouraged due to:

  • Risk of transit damage
  • Potential loss of garment structure
  • Inability to conduct final fitting
  • Risk of creasing and pressing issues
  • Environmental factors during transit

4. SHIPPING LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

4.1 When shipping is requested by the customer:

  • We accept no liability for the condition in which the garment arrives
  • No claims will be accepted for creasing or pressing issues
  • Transit damage must be claimed through shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee the final fit without personal delivery
  • Any subsequent alterations will incur additional charges

5. SHIPPING COSTS AND INSURANCE

5.1 All shipping arrangements will include:

  • Mandatory full-value insurance
  • Professional packaging fees
  • Tracking services
  • Signature required delivery
  • Documentation fees

5.2 All associated costs must be paid in advance of shipping.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

6.1 International shipping of bespoke garments is subject to:

  • Increased risk of transit issues
  • Additional documentation requirements

6.2 Customer is responsible for:

  • All import duties

7. TRANSIT TIMES

  • No guarantees of delivery dates are made
  • Force majeure conditions apply
  • Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues

8. RECEIVING SHIPPED GARMENTS

8.1 Upon receipt of shipped garments, customers must:

  • Inspect the package before signing
  • Document any visible damage
  • Report issues within 24 hours
  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Follow included pressing instructions

9. ALTERATIONS AFTER SHIPPING

9.1 Any alterations required after shipping:

  • Will incur additional charges
  • Must be arranged separately
  • May require return shipping
  • Are not covered under standard alteration policy
